Experience Extraction and Healing Hands

with Studio Blue Wellness Team

Linda Kang and Leah Von Zuben

Time: 4-6pm

Cost: $75+HST

In a restorative group setting, you will receive a shamanic healing - specifically, an Extraction, and experience hands-on healing through therapeutic massage. The intention of this experience is to release energy stuck in the energetic body and help restore/reset the physical and emotional body.

For the Extraction, Linda - shamanic healer, will rattle to remove these energies from your being, then, the drum to fill the spaces with healing vibrations. These energies typically present externally (to you) as a chronic ache/pain or health issues, as a negative thought pattern or a sudden deflating in energy in you. To a shamanic healer this energy can be presented as an intrusion, attachment or block in the body cause by external issues (spiritual intrusions or energy sent to you) or internal issues (repressed emotions).

An Extraction is open to anyone who is interested and curious, and, for those who need a little extra help to continue on their spiritual journeys.

For Therapeutic Massage, Leah - RMT, will work with a personalized chakra reading and focus her healing hands on areas of your body that show closed energy centres - working in the areas that need it the most. (Specific requests for massage may be available upon request and within the allotted timeframe.)

Some Reiki may also be shared by Linda, depending on time.

For each participant, there will be periods of stillness without outside stimulation (no hands-on) which allows you the space to prepare the mind, body and soul, and/or to assimilate the healings.

Our intention for you at the end of this experience is to wake with an overall feeling of emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Perhaps even rising with an “A-ha!” thought.

There is minimal movement in this experience.

Some time will be left at the end for sharing (optional) or journal reflection.

  • Journal and pen
  • Ear plugs/headphones (to reduce noise)
  • Eye pillow/cover
  • Blanket or layers of clothing
