- Pilates Flow: Pilates is designed to help you create long, lean muscles throughout your body. The class starts off with small, slow and gentle movements and builds into a strong and fiery class targeting arms, thighs, bum and abs. Work your muscles in new ways, at new angles and on multiple planes to not only strengthen and tone but also challenge your balance and coordination.
- Pilates Melt: Unwind to rich, let go, and do something genuinely different than what you’re used to. This Pilates class is designed to take you through 60 min of stretch, strength and control with elements of breath work. Includes savasana.
