Cardio classes at studio blue are designed to make you sweat, challenge your coordination, bump up your heart rate, and push you to your limits.

CARDIO CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

  • HIIT CardiYoga: Yoga meets fitness in this ultimate yoga workout fusion class which integrates core, cardio, co-ordination, and delivers major perspiration, all to a rockin' playlist! You will challenge and strengthen your body and mind, and unleash your fullest potential by pushing your limits. By integrating safe and fun HIIT exercises inspired by yoga, strength and core work, along with yoga flows and stretching, you will get your heart rate up and sweat your asana off like never before, leaving you leaving feeling accomplished and energized.
  • Ballet Yoga Fusion: A class combining ballet, yoga and Pilates based movements with a bootcamp framework. A challenging class that will work the whole body.
