Bliss

As a wonderful compliment to more active classes, restorative practice focuses on gentle movement. Using blankets (which we encourage you to bring), straps, and blocks, the body is supported and able to fully relax, bringing increased balance. Poses are held for extended periods, often up to ten or twenty minutes, and this practice is intended to enhance feelings of openness and rejuvenation. Suitable & encouraged for all levels of fitness
