Spring into summer challenge
Summer is a wonderful time to be light, let go of routine, and be extremely social. It can often fly by in a blur of bbq's, patios, and cottage time leaving us feeling a bit ungrounded.
Spring, in contrast, is a beautiful time to reconnect with your goals and check-in with the intentions you set at the beginning of the year. May, after the long weekend and the official start of summer on June 21st , is a tiny window before the the weather starts to be delightful where we can turn our focus inward and take some time to feel our best in our bodies. That is why we decided to hold our Spring into Summer Challenge 30 days before the summer solstice.

Challenge: take 15 classes in 30 days from May 22nd to June 20th
Why Do It? Practicing mindful movement on a regular basis can help you build a powerful mind-body connection, can be a journey of self discovery, and self love. And you could win a 60 minute massage with Leah!
How to get started: Take any class on Wednesday, May 22nd!
What if I cannot make the kick off class? You can still participate. Simply put your name on our challenge board.
What is the cost? Classes: Free with unlimited memberships. If you are on a class package email firstname.lastname@example.org to switch you to a special unlimited membership.:
