February 28 Day Challenge
February can sometime feel like the longest, and coldest month, of the winter and those winter blues can really sneak up on you. That is why we decided to hold our New Years Challenge in February - let's turn the winter blues into a winter at Blue! Our Monthly Mantra and Mood for February are all about self care so we thought it would be the perfect time of year to come together as a community and support one another in a mindful movement month!

Challenge: take 14 classes in February
Why Do It? Practicing mindful movement on a regular basis can help you build a powerful mind-body connection, can be a journey of self discovery, and self love. And you could win a pair of SB track pants!
How to get started: The kick off class is at 5pm on Friday, February 1st and will include both a powerful flow component as well as a settling into stillness restorative element. This is a great opportunity to feel the contrast in the different styles of yoga and movement we offer at the studio.
What if I cannot make the kick off class? You can still participate. Simply put your name on our challenge board.
What is the cost? Free with unlimited memberships. If you are on a class package email firstname.lastname@example.org to switch you to a special 28 day unlimited membership.
