Fall In Love With Your Body Challenge
Summer is a wonderful time to be light, let go of routine, and be extremely social. It can often fly by in a blur of bbq's, patios, and cottage time leaving us feeling a bit ungrounded.
Fall, in contrast, is a beautiful time to reconnect with your goals and check-in with the intentions you set at the beginning of the year. October, between Thanksgiving and Halloween, is a tiny window before the holiday season kicks-off where we can turn our focus inward and take some time for ourselves. That is why we decided to hold our Fall Challenge in October this year. Our Monthly Mantra and Mood is about acceptance and clarity so we thought it would be the perfect time of year to come together as a community and support one another in a Fall In Love With Your Body Challenge!

Challenge: take 12 classes between October 9th and 31st
Why Do It? Practicing mindful movement on a regular basis can help you build a powerful mind-body connection, can be a journey of self discovery, and self love. And you could win a SB hoodie!
How to get started: The kick off lecture and class is at 5pm on Sunday, September 30th with Roselby Rodriguez. The lecture will include sections on understanding your personal expectations, goal setting, cultivating a positive mindset, tips for success, and a few healthy recipes. The session will wrap up with 30 minutes of mindful movement.($15 to attend the lecture).
What if I cannot make the kick off class? You can still participate. Simply put your name on our challenge board.
What is the cost? Classes: Free with unlimited memberships. If you are on a class package email email@example.com to switch you to a special unlimited membership. Lectures: $15 per lecture
How will I feel after? AMAZING! Show up for yourself, turn your focus inward, and fall in love with yourself.
How to wrap up: The wrap up lecture will be held on Saturday, November 3rd at 2pm with Heather Lillico. The lecture will be about exploring nutrition myths and how to continue feeling like your best self as we move into the holiday season. ($15 to attend the lecture).
