Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, Mindfulness Challenges - whatever we decide the theme will be, the underlying principles of why we host challenges are the same. The accomplishment of completing the challenge is a small part of the overall experience; rather it really is about the journey you take yourself on throughout the challenge. Your journey might touch upon many different aspects of your life; things you were expecting and others that are more unexpected.

The consistent physical practice, the development of personal boundaries by putting your practice and yourself first, the ability to carve time out of your busy life to stop and be present for yourself. The camaraderie, the energy of our community, and the excitement to put your sticker on the board when you have completed a class. The physical, mental, and emotional strength, your ability to start to take your practice off your mat and into your daily life, and a greater ability to focus creating clarity of thoughts, and feelings, and so much more.

  • THREE YEARLY CHALLENGE:

February can sometime feel like the longest, and coldest month, of the winter and those winter blues can really sneak up on you. That is why we decided to hold our New Years Challenge in February this year - let's turn the winter blues into a winter at Blue! Our Monthly Mantra and Mood for February are all about self care so we thought it would be the perfect time of year to come together as a community and support one another in a mindful movement month!
