100 HOUR FLOW YOGA: TOP UP TRAINING & LEARNING IMMERSION

  • Flow Yoga Training: Build Strength, Flexibility and Mindfulness. Synchronize your movement with your breath to create a mindful, movement, and meditative practice. Flow yoga is known for its ability to build strength, cardiovascular health and mind-body connection through a unique and creative sequencing of postures and transitions.

Advanced Teacher Training credits can be earned.

Module 1: Standing Sequencing

May 17th, 18th, & 19th 2019

  • Friday 6pm – 10pm
  • Saturday 12noon – 6pm
  • Sunday 8am – 10am & 1:30pm – 3:30pm
  • May monthly membership included (unlimited mat classes)
  • $420+hst

Required:

  • Must have completed a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training program (200 hour minimum)
  • Have attended at least 10 studio blue classes
  • Final Exam: Submit a class plan and teach a Dynamic Flow class

Module 2: Arm Balance Sequencing

August 23rd, 24th, & 25th 2019

  • Friday 6pm – 10pm
  • Saturday 12noon – 6pm
  • Sunday 8am – 10am & 1:30pm – 3:30pm
  • September monthly membership included (unlimited mat classes)
  • $420+hst

Required:

  • Must have completed a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training program (200 hour minimum)
  • Must have completed Module 1: Ground
  • Attend 10 Dynamic Flow, Balance Flow classes
  • Audit/Assist 6 Dynamic Flow, Balance Flow classes
  • Final Exam: Submit class plan and teach a Balance Flow class

Module 3: HIIT Sequencing

October 25th, 26th, & 27th 2019

  • Friday 6pm – 10pm
  • Saturday 12noon – 6pm
  • Sunday 8am – 10am & 1:30pm – 3:30pm
  • November monthly membership included (unlimited mat classes)
  • $420+hst

Required:

  • Must have completed a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training program (200 hour minimum)
  • Must have completed Module 1: Ground & Module 2: Water
  • Attend 10 HIIT, Ballet Yoga Fusion, Pilates Flow classes
  • Audit/Assist 10 HIIT, Ballet Yoga Fusion, Pilates Flow classes
  • Final Exam: Submit a class plan and teach a HIIT class
